You must first install their software. Click here for help if you haven't installed their software already. If you have installed the Golden Beneficial trading software, you should see a bright blue button on the upper toolbar. It will look like this.

If the button does not allow you to click it, or it seems disabled, then either you have not installed the software, or you installed it into a different directory than the default. If you know where you installed it, and want to keep it there, you can go into the program options, and change the default directory, and re-run Best Choice. Trading Options

To trade options on the Best Choice platform (assuming you are buying), click Buy and enter your symbol in the symbol window. Now click the bid and ask buttons to see the spread. The window under Shares now has arrows. Click the up arrow to specify the number of contracts you are buying. The safest bet is to click the button "Smart Limit." The order is now ready to place. If you are buying, you will be filled at the asking price. If you want to be filled at a different number, type your price in the window under the bid and ask or use the arrows to change the price. Again, click Smart Limit and click the green Place Order button to execute.

Viewing Option Prices

Let's say you want to buy the Jan 2005 50 Call. You look on the Jan 05 tables and you see a price of $11.90 last and the symbol is XQAAJ. In your BC Exe platform, type in the symbol with a pound sign after it, XQAAJ#. All options have a # sign after the symbol and the program seeks out the best Bid and Ask. This will display the current trading activity of that option.
