

Cannot Connect To The Website
Since you are reading this, then most likely you are connected to the internet. Normally the first thing we need to check is whether or not you are connect to the internet. You can check your internet connection by simply opening Microsoft's Internet Explorer, or any other web browser like Netscape or Firefox, or internet program like AOL (America Online). The icon for Microsoft's Internet Explorer is a little blue "e". It should either be on your desktop or under your start menu in the bottom left corner. If these programs are able to connect to the internet ok, and you are seeing your default web site, then your internet connection is not the problem.
If you are currenlty connected to the internet, then you most likely are having connection problems because of either a hardware or software firewall. Click here for help trying to troubleshoot your firewall.
