Getting Started

The first thing you will want to do is look down below and see if we have listed your specific problem below. Chances are you may just have a bug that we have already fixed, but you don't have the program update yet. If you don't see your specific problem, then the best thing to do first is make sure you have the latest program update.

If you can currently open the program, and are just having a problem with a feature within the program, click on the first link. If you cannot open the program, you will need to update the main executable from the website. Click on the second link.

If updating your main program executable does not solve your problem, you may need to uninstall and then reinstall the program. The following links show you how.

The Program Won't Update

• I keep downloading the main executable or databases in the Help/Utilities, but the date in the Help/Utilities window stays the same, or my stock data is not being updated.

Downloading Data From Dial Data

• I keep getting the error : There was a communication (winsock) error # : XXXX

Downloading Data From National Data

• The program says it cannot connect to the website.
